§ 303-3. Conditions for discharge of regulated fireworks.

Latest version.

Village-regulated fireworks or state-regulated fireworks shall be discharged only if:

A.
A charged fire extinguisher is present;

B.
An adult is present;

C.
Permission of the landowner is obtained pursuant to the definition of "permission of the landowner" in § 303-1 of this chapter;

D.
During the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. on June 30, July 1, July 2, and July 3, and during the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight on July 4, unless the Village has issued a permit for some other date and time.
