§ 432-1. Smoking ban adopted.

The Village hereby adopts, by reference, the provisions of Wis. Stats. § 101.123, Smoking prohibited, pertaining to the statewide smoking ban except that the definition of "enclosed place" shall be as set forth in § 432-2.
